Proactive support of work well-being during structural changes in the work
The three-year study (Metsä-project) begun in the beginning of 2016. Its aim is to promote work ability and work well-being among employees and entrepreneurs of forest machine and logging companies.
The research evaluates the effectiveness of work wellbeing investments and health promotion activities on improving work ability and work wellbeing and their impact on companies’ success.
